Saturday 5th September, 2009 - we did a fitness session with guys and gals on the Beach at Rose Bay. The format was a multi-circuit utilising kettle bells, soft sand sprints and plyometrics, fitness ball and other advanced core drills and some OC6 sprints...lots of fun and we are so sore! Great to have two new people: Stuart and Tania - both played and paddled hard...good job everyone!
